Darrell Halverson has been in the real estate business in the United States for over twenty-five years and has been investing in European real estate for the past several years. He is experienced as a property manager and general contractor.

Stephanie Freedman is multilingual and has guided Americans on tours of historic (and even pre-historic!) Europe for years and knows neighborhoods intimately. She practiced real estate and business law in the United States for 15 years and has negotiated business transactions in Europe.
 

Darrell and Stephanie are married and have broad experience in business, law and management. They have traveled extensively in France, Belgium and Italy as well as the rest of Europe and in more than 40 other countries. All that experience has led to pragmatic skills in negotiation and property  valuation and renovation.

We believe we are offering a unique service to parties seeking the perfect apartment in Brussels. Traditional real estate agencies in Brussels charge graduated fees that are eyebrow raisers for most buyers. 5-10% of the sales price is typical and most sales occur in the upper half of that range. In addition, Belgian agents are not accustomed to working with non-French speakers nor are they very attuned to what English speakers may be seeking. As in the States, they represent the SELLER.
